At the height of the Covid-19 pandemic, Samson finds himself starting a new job at a local hotel. Believing he has found a glimmer of hope in the midst of a shattered society, nefarious events begin to occur. As the feeling of high strangeness from his new job progresses and begins to intrude upon his personal life, Samson soon finds himself locked in a battle with his own rapidly deteriorating grasp on reality - or something far more sinister.
